As an MBA student and in your work environments, you communicate using a variety of channels. You write and speak upward to superiors, horizontal to peers, and downward to subordinates. In the business world, you also have external communication with clients and customers. This communication may be informal written email, texts, and memos, or more formal business reports or research papers, for example. In addition, you may have informal face-to-face chats, telephone conversations, or formal presentations--individual or team.As you analyze your experiences with various audiences and channels, what do you identify as your communication strengths and in what areas do you want to improve?
