Coaching is not just a technique; it is an application in demanding situations. As suggested by Digirolamo and Tkach (2019), it is an act of ensuring improvement persistently and authentically through the way, people are treated, the way thoughts are processed and by being oneself. Leader’s belief in great human potential leads to the fulfillment of quality in tasks and adding value in team member’s approach. Relationship and Trust

As mentioned by Gray (2018), it is also about creating a place in the heart of employees with sincerity and care towards them and their growth. The trust and integrity need to be practiced for long lasting relations.

Instead of telling the employees what to do in a particular situation it is a good practice to listen them. The presence of leader in the situation even staying away from it will lead to avoidance of jumping to conclusions and setting inner dialogue off. The combination of observation and institution lead to impartial and non-judgmental guidance.
Feedback and Awareness
The coach believes in crating awareness and acceptance of improvement areas, which can show way to transformation. According to Gallagher and Bennett (2018), the feedback is embraced in such a manner that it leads to triumph.
Suggestions and Simplification
There is a rule to give suggestions only when as a coach you have consent for the same. It is required to be simple in approach and avoid any kind of complexity.
Goals and Action Plans
