Connecting different types of populations/understanding their demographical situations at the level of social communication becomes crucial for social service workers. A professional worker has to take the subject of communication more like some facilitator of services (Hugo, 2019). In other words, the linking the mutual interests of two communities are somehow difficult or complicated subject to deal with. The role of an expert social service provider is to make sure that the coordination of given services is carried out well. In the general practices, the social service frameworks are applied with a sense of responsibility of aligning the objectives of social harmony of two communities as ‘one’. This implies that study of statistical data, linear observation of the distribution of services at social and economic level as well as understanding the needs and expectations of the diverse population is important (Krumins, Berzins & Dahs, 2020).
