Abstract
This assignment is about the fact that morality is something that is extremely malleable and hence just the thoughts about breaking rules or laws can change the behaviour of people as per the author of the article Are These Rules Worth Breaking who is Jena Pincott. The premise of the article is in relation to how and why people tend to break rules under certain conditions but not under others. The author has tried to provide a science or a logical explanation behind transgressions that are very common such as using old expired ID cards for buying movie tickets at discounted rates. This article is the primary source of all the other questions that have been answered throughout the assignment based on other psychological theories such as the theory of resonated action and planned behaviour. The former is the one that is also known as the TRA or the ToRA which aims at explaining the relevance of the ways in which behaviour and attitude are related to humans and their actions.

Introduction
The article that has been cited to be read for the assignment begins with the fact that the author has behaved unethically using their ID cards from long ago to buy discounted movie tickets so the premise is the fact that morality is something that is very malleable according to the author and it can be curbed in human beings very easily. The aim of the assignment is to relate the article to all the other scenarios or questions that are stated and to form rational judgements from the same (Powell, 2018). The author kind of condemns people like their own selves who would peel of the sticker of an ID card and use it for unethical purposes.
Discussion
There are many reasons why people may want to commit an act of wrong or may forgo ethics for a while by exaggerating their performance to their supervisor since they may have seen others do the same. As per the theory of reason action, people can be deciding to be engaging in certain types of behaviour even if they are in the wrong since they are based on the results that they are expecting from the same so this is reasonably related to the situation explained in the earlier sentence where people exaggerate their performances to their reporting managers or supervisors (Bartels, 2020). This theory had been developed by Icek Ajzen and Martin Fishbein as of 1967 and it was derived from research made previously in regards to persuasion models, attitude theories and social psychology. This theory was propounded with its main purpose to understand the voluntary behaviour of the individuals by the examination of any underlying basic motivation for performing any action. TRA has been utilised to study a range of behaviours for example unscrupulous entrepreneurs trying to get more profit out of selling products that contain Mica but calling them organic. Mica is an organic product for sure but mining the same in underdeveloped countries is leading to the increase in child labour which is not something that can be overlooked by a company that is supposed to be having a clear policy for the triple bottom line.
TRA is the theory that has often been used so that one may study the kind of attitude people have towards energy that is renewable and it was found that the people who are conscious of losing our environment will be willing to spend additionally towards companies who support renewable energies such as wind energy and solar plants.
