Introduction
     The terminology of FBO (Fixed Base Operator) is delegated to an organization which is commercial in nature. Such types of organization are been authorized by the airport department for conducting airport operations and aviation services in the form of fueling, parking of airplanes and hanger space for the General Aviation community. Hence, FBOs are considered as the major service providers in the aviation sector which helps in connecting the customers with the aviation sector. Therefore, the need of FBOs is essential at the national level. There are various reasons due to which FBO is required for promotion of the airport to the whole business community and the neighboring airports. In this report I will analyze the reasons and benefits of FBO for promoting an airport in the aviation industry.
