Written Assignment 3: Simulated Interview


Submit your responses to the following behavioral interview questions as if you were answering them in an interview, but in written form. Your responses should follow the STAR model and incorporate findings from your research for Discussion Forum 4.


You are expected to include all aspects of the STAR model. Your responses will be graded for completeness, persuasiveness, and the use of language that effectively expresses your thoughts.[MO 4.2, MO 4.3]


Guidelines




  • Your answer to each question should be about three or four paragraphs long and include:


    • Situation and/orTasks presented to you.

    • Actions you took (the majority of your answer).


    • Results (measurable if at all possible).




  • In a behavioral interview, you are expected to use the word "I" a lot. The interviewers are interested in knowing what "you" did, NOT a group or team.



  • Your answers should be complete; that is, the interviewer should have everything they need to know about the STAR without asking any follow-up questions.



Simulated Interview Questions
