Study Planning Worksheet In-Res 1 This worksheet helps you to begin developing the story of your problem of practice and your future study. Simply put, a problem statement addresses “something that is going wrong” (Ellis & Levy, 2008, p.28) and serves as the center for your study. 1. Complete the following prompts by giving the shortest answer that will fully explain what is required in each section. 2. Every part of the study must be in alignment with all other parts. Part 1: General Problem Description Keep your responses focused and succinct yet address all important aspects of your problem. The general problem is… Describe the specific target population who is impacted by this problem? (keep this narrow and specific. Include: · Environment · Age range (adult vs. children, grade level, etc.) · Important characteristics, etc. Describe the environment or setting that this problem resides in.
