Your job is to use the both given materials (text and video) to analyse a strategy-stratement of a real life organisation.

You have two choices for target organization and empirical material:

1 Analyse the strategy material of your own organization.

Or

2 Analyse the public strategy material of another organization.

The format of the presentation can be a slideshow (about 5 slides). You can use mind maps or other kind of visual tools if you like. Just make sure you communicate the message well.

You are free to choose the structure of the presentation, but these contents should be included:

1 Description of the vital parts of the chosen strategy material.

2 Description of your analytical framework (the Rumelt model and the Mintzberg model).

3 The results of your analysis of the strategy material.
