In order to enable people to shake off the dependence on the homeless shelters in Atlanta, there is requirement of generating employment for people. On one hand it is important for different stakeholders like government and businesses to absorb such people who are living below poverty or homeless on the other hand it is crucial for people to upskill and upgrade themselves. Therefore, the first intervention that can be established is offering employers tax rebates to offer employment to such people thereby bringing them regular source of income. In order for this intervention be effective it is important that people who are homeless are inducted in employment programs. Unless there is required support in these ideas, they wouldn’t be taken to legislation that would imply that employers wouldn’t receive any tax rebates.
Administration/ Requirement of Resources and Staffing Aspects
One of the crucial aspects is to comprehend how to create initiatives which fall under the required budget and what kind of administration employees will be required. There will be requirement of program manager who can drive as well as schedule all the required resources as pe the best possible solution.
