1. provide an example of a project (personal or professional) where you defined project success based on the concept of the Triple Constraints. 2. My project will be based up this: Kerzner defines the triple constraints as time, cost, and performance (Harold Kerzner, 2013). These constraints are dependent on one another. The project I will be describing is my responsibility to provide services with a reduction of one full time employee for the Lending Closet. With recent budget reductions a full time employee was not authorized according to cy 2017 -2018 budget. In order to continue providing quality service to clients many tasks must be absorbed by remaining two staff members. Employees must learn new tasks associated with Lending Closet within a very short time frame. Staff must understand the new tasks and ensure outstanding customer service is provided to Lending Closet Visitors. 3. Iclude Time Cost Performance Value 4. Did your definition of success include a value component? To identify a value component, you need to determine what value clients and stakeholders will receive at the end of the project. Kerzner (2013) says: Unlike the use of quality as the solitary parameter, value allows a company to better measure the degree to which the project will satisfy its objectives. Quality can be regarded as an attribute of value along with other attributes. Today every company has quality and produces quality in some form. This is necessary for survival. What differentiates one company from another, however, are the other attributes, components, or factors used to define value. Some of these attributes might include price, timing, image, reputation, customer service, and sustainability. (p. 184) List any references used : References Harold Kerzner, P. (2013).
