Background where we work- We are a new graduate Registered nurse in one of the mental health hospital and the ward I am working currently is state wide medium secure rehabilitation unit where patients are aggressive, physically and verbally assaulting both co-clients and staff, threatened to staff for not meeting their requests, treatment compliance minimal, absconding rate being very high, IIms needs to be done every week. Good part is, we have good teamwork, supportive staff as well as the managers, allied health care worker, social worker, psychiatrist and doctors. Can you please write as per my work background following marking criteria. I have attached two example paper as well just to give an idea of what is expected of me from this assessment.
