Action Plan
Wildfire occurs mostly in the forested areas of the United States, Canada, Australia, and South Africa. Hence, as an incident commander, I believe it is extremely important to have an action plan that might help to control the situation during such serious hours. Therefore, the concern of the following discussion is to explain the action plan.
Notify the emergency officials
As the devastating wildfire continues to grow and there is no sign of improvement, being an incident commander, I want the wildfire emergency management to be notified as soon as possible and it is extremely important to explain to them the entire situation. On the other hand, contact the fire brigade officials immediately as we need help not only to extinguish the fire but also, they can help us in protecting and rescuing innocent lives and managing the traffic collision. We might also need the help of the fire brigade in case of other emergencies (Dimopoulou & Giannikos, 2004). During such rush hours, we need plenty of responsible people to handle the entire situation. The emergency officials are requested to evacuate the injured people first.
