Researchthe company on its own website, the public filings on the Securities and Exchange Commission'sFilings & Formspage, the Strayer University'sonline databases, theLexis Advance database, and any other sources you can find. For opportunities, the company has chances of immense success in the developing economies of the world where food branding is a new fashion (Mialon & Mialon, 2018). As for threats, McDonald’s is in direct contest with the organizations that give fine dining experience to its customers at a cost effective pricing.

In order to capitalize the strengths, McDonald’s has to expand its integrated network of suppliers and operational process of the new brand outlets.
In terms of opportunities, there are many nations that are now growing in terms of economy and multiple fine dining, fast food culture as well as branding in a new business environment will be a positive option.
What makes the strengths combined with the opportunities here, McDonald’s is expected to focus more on the new regions of the world; the existing outlets are already doing good in business, however, it is the correct time to project new contesting conditions in business especially in the context of growing economies like India and China. In some other Asian regions as well, the company has the opportunity to grab the market share because these nations are densely populated and still, there are many areas where the reach of fast food culture is limited to local names only.
