Abstract
While analysing the history of the United States w
e can understand that the government and people witnessed the proposal and implementation of different bills. Bills can be called the proposal or suggestion for a new law and the intention of proposing the bill is to make a change in the existing laws and practices. Legislature passes the bill if it is valid and it is useful for the common people and country. In this research paper, we are analysing a bill that is pending in the Massachusetts Legislature and we are analysing the various aspects related to the proposed bill in a detailed way.
