During all of that a virus, that was slowly spreading across the globe. With Covid19, we found ourselves in lockdown, people not able to return or visit their loved ones, the closure of many business, the increase of unemployment rate due to all the restrictions to avoid the virus to spread. That obviously affected all of us, personally, professionally, physically but most of all mentally. Imagine people that already suffer from anxiety or depression, with everything that happened in 2020, definitely didn’t help. Therefore, we stepped up to be a help towards Australia and also try to meet the requirement of our assessment BSBPMG519 (Manage Stakeholder Engagement). This document has the objective to explain and give details about the event we would like to host on 2nd February and ask your authorization to run it. The main purpose is to collect as many funds as possible for the association we chose, Beyond Blue, as well as bring together students and ACBI members and create entertainment., and we are intended to be doing it through an online event PROJECT BACKGROUND The most important aspect of this project is that we want to show our ability and skills to be a good project manager. In addition, it is a great opportunity for all of us to perform our project management skill which we have learned at our college. On this term, we need to liaise with different departments, just as in a real-life scenario, such as Marketing Team, Head of Studies, Project Sponsor, Clients, and more. The outcome of the project, is to successfully organize a fundraising event and to collect funds to support Beyond Blue Org. We will start working on a meeting via Zoom to let people knows, we will be launching the campaign through Facebook and Instagram, with the aim of collecting fund/donations for the Beyond Blue organization. During the day of the page creation on social media to collect the funds we will have:  a person in charge of creating the page and doing all the marketing campaigns.  a person to monitor the page for 24 hours  a person to analyse the figures collected after 24 hours. Depending on the results obtained and the progress made, the team will work on online game, we will make a giant online “Bingo”. In order to accomplish the objectives mentioned above, and since we aren’t able to meet face to face, our proposal is to provide virtual activities; to make this more interesting we have planned to record different videos which all will be sent to the ACBI management for the final approval. Also, our partner (Chef Flip) is offering a 10% discount to the participants of our events for any transaction for buying food or drinks. The donators will use our created website to receive their vouchers. Below is the first draft our website that will provide voucher codes to the participants: https://karanpatel3393.wixsite.com/acbi-1 THE CHOSEN ORGANISATION Beyond blue is an Australian mental health and wellbeing support organization that was founded in 2000 by the Victorian prime minister; Jeff Kennett. They initially focused on increasing awareness of depression and reducing related stigma. In 2011, they added anxiety issues and suicide prevention to their main agenda. The organization works in partnership with governments, local health services, educational institutions, workplaces, media and community organizations, and the general public to raise public awareness of anxiety and depression and reduce related stigma. It is currently chaired by the former Australian prime minister Julia Gillard. Their Head Office is based in Hawthorne, Melbourne. What they do: They provide support programs to address depression, suicide, anxiety disorders and other related mental illnesses. With around 200 employees, beyondblue works to provide information and support to change and prevent depression, anxiety, and suicide, and supports a large number of people with different needs, wherever they live, whenever they need it. Beyond blue addresses a range of mental health issues in Australia, including mental health stigma, local issues, postpartum depression, school-based interventions, and youth mental health. The Authority letter has also been issued by BeyondBlue as below: ATF 2020 NSW - Daniel Pakzad - PAG - 048921.pdf Event Day As discussed with you and Trishia Mariano on our on-campus meeting we are willing to contact all ACBI students and trainers and inform them about our goal; we have also contacted the student support officer (Mr. Christian Valle) for sending our letter of invitations to the participants. We intend to hold 2 different activity sessions via Zoom on the day of the event, one session in the morning and one in the afternoon. Both events will first begin with an introduction to the charity which we are supporting / fundraising for; this introduction will likely come from the main representative in contact with the charity or/and a prerecorded video, in this video we will show what BeyondBlue does and why we are supporting this charity this year. We can have 2 activities which are the same or have 2 different activities to attract different crowds, one activity may be a pub quiz style and another activity could be Karaoke or an online games e.g. online treasure hunt or other online games we’d found on here (https://www.cosmopolitan.com/lifestyle/a32775193/best-zoom-games/). How ACBI can help As the participants are ACBI students and trainers, ACBI social networks are our targeted channels to inform the participants about the details of the event. To do that we can talk with Tricia and Jason, they are in charge to put our event in social media and send the emails to others students. Chris is the person who can provide us information and is the bridge between us, trainer and other students We appreciate you reviewing our proposal, please if you have any questions we would be happy to answer. All flyers, videos and the script have been prepared which will be sent to the relevant authorities for final approval. In this assignment, a fundraising program is going to be planned for providing financial support to Solving Kids Cancer UK which is a non-profiting organization providing healthcare services to cancer patients especially child segments belonging to families from poor backgrounds. This sort of organizations have been impacting many lives and some statistics shows how important they are, according to Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, five-year relative survival for all childhood cancers combined improved from 73% to 86% in 12 years as also recent data shows that five years after diagnosis, most children with cancer have a similar survival rate to children who have not had cancer. Especially after the occurrence of the pandemic period, the tools and the technology as well as the availability of medicines become too difficult to be arranged due to which the severity gets increased. This program is mainly about mitigating such hazardous conditions for severe diseases like cancer.  Details of the event along with the resources required to arrange the programs are going to be clearly depicted. Additionally, the communication plans and engagement planning with the stakeholders are evaluated.  Meeting with the project team members is planned in this analysis. In addition, the proper way for managing the stakeholders is going to be discussed here. The details of the event with proper authorisation are going to be spread to bring the students of the colleges along with ACBI

How ACBI can help
ACBI can help participants to raise funds in following ways for supporting people
affected by anxiety, depression and suicide:
Crowdfunding: You can create a campaign on a crowdfunding platform like Kickstarter or GoFundMe and share it on social media to reach a wide audience. It provides a way for ACBI to post about the issue of depression, suicide and anxiety along with setting a funding goal, and accept contributions from the public (Andersen, Duffie & Song, 2019). Depending on the platform, contributors may receive rewards or perks based on the amount of their contribution.
Fundraisers: Hosting events such as charity runs, auctions, or bake sales can be a great way to raise money for a cause. Fundraisers can be held to support a wide range of causes, such as medical issues like depression and anxiety issues. ACBI can use fundraising events to raise money to support their programs and services.
