Projects often characterized by dynamic processes and resource utilization can significantly influence the environment. Understanding these impacts is crucial for responsible project execution and aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals. Successful project management extends beyond processes and methodologies as it hinges on the effective leadership. Leadership skills are the driving force behind steering teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring project outcomes that align with the organizational objectives. Nurturing these skills is pivotal for the project managers to excel in a rapidly evolving landscape.
The rationale behind this project lies in the profound interplay between environmental responsibility and effective leadership. As organizations strive for innovation and operational excellence, integrating these aspects of project management promises holistic benefits. It is effective to aim and empower the project managers with the tools to drive projects efficiently while minimizing ecological footprints and maximizing team collaborations. The major objective of the project is to integrate insights from the environmental impact assessment with the principles of leadership in the project management, ensuring a cohesive and a synergistic approach.
