Evidence based practice is considered to be a problem solving method in health care setting that includes evidences from the best available research, patient values and clinical competence in order to make effective decisions regarding the care services provided to the patients. Knowledge is accumulated from pre-existing medical data, academic theories and models.
Quadruple aim in health care is considered to be the goals which include upgraded patient experience, reduced costs of the care services, work life balance of care givers and wellbeing of the population that are needed to be achieved in order to accelerate the performance of the health care systems. It can be stated that evidence based practices is a way with the help of which quadruple aim can be attained in health care setting.
