Part 1
We are conditioned to think that everything in life can be understood in terms of religion and that we must yield to a higher power. My grandmother passed on her faith in a greater authority to my mother and from her to me. My grandfather
and mom carried their Catholic religion into the home, which is intrinsically linked to our story. My grandpa lived in Israel during his formative years, where he developed a deep affinity for the local mountains. My grandfather would come home from the mountains in the afternoons and throw stones through the window while my grandma sang in Mozarabic to her own God (Baumer et al,2014). He said rhetorically, Could you conjure your deity within this stone. In response, she asserted that each stone has a piece of that deity since that god produces every stone. However, nobody can foresee all the twists and turns that life will throw at them. People have a hard time believing that God may be found everywhere, even the solid rock of mountains, the flowing water of rivers, the sturdy trunks of trees, the hum of musical instruments, the fragrance of flowers, the buzz of bees, or even in the company of other humans (Fredericks, 2015). My dad found the prayer stone in the location where fighting broke out in the '40s in Israel and across the mountains. In the year 1949, we uprooted and made a move to Iran. My grandfather served in that position thanks to his command of the Arabic language. In spite of having to uproot her life because of a religious conflict, my grandmother never wavered in her faith in the oneness of God. My mom's family is Iranian Zoroastrian. The holy fire was blazing, and she was praying to Ahura Mazda at the same time (Massaro,2021). Her grandmother was the one who instilled in her family a profound reverence for ceremonies like the counting of rosaries, and she had done this by leading by example. In addition to that, she was counting rosary beads. She practises elements of both religions in her everyday life, but she believes only one god exists. Therefore, she does this for the sake of her belief (Dallara,2015).
Part 2
When a book successfully conveys the readers' emotions, it may quickly become a bestseller. Richard Yaxley has touched on a diverse audience's feelings, beliefs, and aspirations in his narrative "This is my song." Despite the author's best efforts to weave together three different eras, three different social settings, and three different generations' worth of catastrophes into a single narrative arc, the work ultimately reveals only unity. Because of this, even in the twenty-first century, this work is considered a classic. Wright (2017) argues that the core values of Catholic social teaching (CST) are unity, equality, and the promise...
