Mr. Monera has been identified with forgetfulness and early onset dementia. Dementia is one of the most common forms of Alzheimer disease which is affecting the elderly population of the country. The disease cannot be cured and can lead to fatal conditions at the late stages. Mr. Monera is a patient of Dementia and has been diagnosed with symptoms of forgetfulness which is disabling him from carrying out the daily activities. The patients with Alzheimer disease will be unable to feed, bathe or talk and will be unable to control the bodily functions on their own.
Analysis
    The nine nursing interventions of Mr. Monera will be as follows:
